Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
  
• Develop and customize workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client requirements.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance on best practices for ITSM implementation.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL) by implementing processes that align with those standards.
