Job Description
Looking for 15+Y of relevant experiance with ServiceNow Development/ SMU/ Architect
Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management)
Strong understanding of CMDB data model and CSDM framework
Hands-on experience with Discovery (probes, sensors, patterns) and MID Server
Experience designing Service Mapping and service models
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, UI Builder
Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub
Understanding of hybrid IT infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, containers)
Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementation
Location: Pan India
