Senior Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of civil infrastructure and wet utilities projects from planning through completion and handover.
• Manage projects involving drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, irrigation, pipelines, roads, and associated infrastructure works.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, resources, manpower, procurement, subcontractors, and overall site performance.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, variations, claims, risks, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions to address delays, cost overruns, and execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and relevant UAE/GCC authority standards.
• Lead project teams and ensure successful testing, commissioning, completion, and final handover of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in managing major civil infrastructure and wet utilities projects.
• Strong experience in drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, pipelines, roads, and related infrastructure works.
• GCC project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, planning, cost control, claims, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Candidates must be available and willing to relocate to the UAE.
