Sr Technical Manager-Reinforced Concrete

Job Summary Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain company-wide technical standards and detailing methodologies.
• Provide strategic technical leadership across multiple offices and project teams.
• Mentor Technical Manager IIs, Technical Managers, and future technical leaders.
• Serve as the highest technical escalation point for complex projects.
• Lead innovation initiatives, digital transformation, Detailing and BIM strategy.
• Partner with Operations Leadership on organizational planning and business growth.
• Support major client pursuits, executive presentations, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive enterprise quality initiatives and technical governance.
• Lead technical communities of practice, training programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• More than 15-18 years of experience in Reinforced Concrete detailing, BIM, or VDC.
• Extensive leadership experience across technical teams and major construction programs.
• Demonstrated success developing technical organizations and technical standards.
