Product Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage aftermarket spare parts product lines, including product selection, pricing, and market positioning.
• Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business and product opportunities.
• Maintain accurate aftermarket part cross-referencing, interchange, and vehicle compatibility data.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain product information, technical specifications, availability details, and support for new product development.
• Evaluate new products and suppliers based on product quality, technical suitability, market demand and pricing.
• Work closely with the Sales and Warehouse to ensure effective product planning and availability.
• Monitor product sales performance, stock levels, inventory movement, and slow-moving products.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, market demand, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with the companys Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the UAE automotive aftermarket industry, handling multi-brand automotive spare parts.
• Experience in product portfolio management, product positioning, pricing, and part-number cross-referencing.
• Good understanding of aftermarket interchange mapping, vehicle compatibility, and automotive components.
• Knowledge of the UAE automotive aftermarket, customer requirements, and garage and workshop demands.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
