Site Manager - CMG

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete site execution of PEB projects from mobilization to project handover.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly site activities as per the project schedule.
• Monitor erection of steel structures, roofing, cladding, and finishing activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Dispatch, QA/QC, Procurement, and Planning teams.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site manpower for optimum productivity.
• Review project progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, statutory regulations, and client safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption, and resource utilization.
• Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and material reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues at the project site.
• Ensure timely closure of punch points and successful project handover.
• Maintain proper documentation including DPRs, inspection reports, NCRs, and completion records.
• Experience
• • 1015 years of experience in PEB/Structural Steel/Industrial Construction.
  • Minimum 5 years in a Site Manager/Project Manager role.
  • Experience in handling multiple industrial or commercial PEB projects.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
