Job Title: Senior Pre-Sales Consultant Cybersecurity (Proposals & RFP)
Location: Viman Nagar (Pune)/Remote
Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in Cybersecurity, Proposal Management, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses. The role will independently manage end-to-end cybersecurity proposals and provide backup support to the Pre-Sales Manager during critical submission periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, response strategy, proposal development, and submission.
- Prepare and review technical proposals, solution descriptions, SOWs, BOQs, compliance matrices, and requirement traceability documents.
- Coordinate with internal SMEs, delivery teams, solution architects, and OEM/vendor teams.
- Develop bid strategies, win themes, and ensure proposal quality and tender compliance.
- Support pre-sales prioritisation, stakeholder discussions, and team guidance during manager coverage.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Pre-Sales, Proposal/Bid Management, Technical Consulting, or Security Delivery.
- Strong experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and technical proposal writing.
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as SOC/MDR, SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM/PAM, NDR, GRC, Network Security, Endpoint Security, and Cloud Security.
- Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and NIA/QCSF.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team mentoring skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
