Role- Senior Manager- Ticketing Operation
Location- Mumbai
Responsibilties:-
1. Manage all the client interactions and maximize the business through quality service being provided to the client.
2. Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Issuing tickets as per the client requirements.
5. Manage all transactions related to non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance All non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance.
6. Ensure client SLAs are met.
7. Drive PLB carrier sales.
8. Ensure all supports are uploaded in ibook
9. Ensure Nil billing pendency.
10. Extend support for submission by providing all correspondence mail.
11. Handing personal booking of clients 9. Coordinating with customers for day to day bookings 12. Achieving Revenue and transaction targets as defined by the business
13. Coordinating & negotiating with hotels and suppliers
14. Sub activities related to transaction including invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation
