Senior Ticketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Expert knowledge of Amadeus GDS.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Domestic & International Ticketing
• Refund Processing
• Reissues & Revalidation
• PNR Management
• Queue Handling
• Fare Calculation & Interpretation
• Strong understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and travel documentation.
• Experience in handling BSP transactions and airline accounting.
• Knowledge of marine ticketing will be a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Assist in resolving complex ticketing issues, ADM-related queries, and customer escalations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth service delivery.
