Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Identify Hazards and assess risk involved in the process and associated activities by using suitable quantitative and qualitative techniques
- Ensure mitigation measures in healthy condition for controlling fire or chemical emergency.
- Carry out Fire Safety Inspections, survey & audits, certification from competent person.
- Fire Safety Training to all
- Ensure Transportation safety for raw materials and product despatch, arrange tanker drivers training for safety.
- Participate MARG activities.
- Statutory compliance check & validation.
- Ensure Emergency preparedness & control.
- Legal requirement assessment and compliance.
- Procurement/ issue and inspect Fire safety gadgets.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E. (Chemical) + Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety/NEBOSH. Knowledge of PSM prefered
10-15 Years of relevant experience
Candidate must have Chemical industry exposure.
