Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation projects.
- Gather business requirements and configure LMS components such as Items, Curricula, Programs, Catalogs, Assignment Profiles, Learning History, and Approval Workflows.
- Configure learning assignments, certifications, notifications, and assessments.
- Perform LMS data migration, content uploads (SCORM/AICC), and system configuration.
- Support integration with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Prepare functional documentation, conduct SIT/UAT testing, and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with clients to deliver successful implementations.
Preferred candidate Profile:
- 23 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation.
- Strong knowledge of LMS configuration, Employee Central integration, and data migration.
- Experience with SCORM/AICC content management and Story Reporting.
- Good communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification will be preferred.
- Immediate or early joiners are preferred.
