Senior Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform process study, process assessments, and design thinking sessions to identify improvement opportunities.

2. Understand client business processes, current IT landscape, and propose relevant transformative solutions.

3. Proactively interact with clients and Infosys BPM stakeholders to obtain buy-in on proposed solutions.

4. Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Liaise with development teams, manage requirements, participate in UAT, and realize estimated benefits.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Convert solution implementations into high-impact case studies and referenceable client testimonials.

2. Provide inputs to CoE teams for periodic reports and MIS.

Requirements:

1. Graduate + MBA from leading A B-category schools (BE/B.Tech from Grade A engineering colleges is a plus) with excellent academic record.

2. Total 3+ years of experience in technology; minimum 1 year post-MBA in:

   • RPA/Cognitive Automation assessments, consulting, or implementation

   • Business process automation/workflow tools

3. Certification preferred in one or more:

   • Automation Anywhere

   • UiPath

   • Blue Prism

   • Work Fusion

4. Strong knowledge of RPA/Cognitive Automation concepts and ROI/business case analysis.

5. Knowledge of lean/six sigma, machine learning concepts, and basic programming (.Net/C#/PLSQL) is a plus.

6. Ability to make solution proposals that demonstrate value and sell; good articulation and presentation skills.

7. Strong networking skills; ability to communicate and effectively interact with CxOs.

8. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

9. Willingness to travel as required.

Note: Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience is mandatory for this role.
