Sap Successfactors Consultant-Time off

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on functional consulting experience in SAP Success Factors Time Off & minimum 2 years experience in SAP HCM core modules.

Implementation Lifecycle: Must have successfully completed at least 1 to 2 end-to-end (E2E) SAP Success Factors implementations.

Certifications: Valid SAP Success Factors Time Off certification is mandatory

Methodology: Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology, Agile project delivery, and configuration management.

Core Competencies

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to perform fit-gap analysis.

Ability to guide and train end-users and junior team members.
