Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM Time Management solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide expert-level support to customers on SAP Time Management modules such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using SAP HCM Personnel Administration tools.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to time management systems and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management implementation or support role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) module including employee data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (RO) module is an added advantage.
