Job Description
Implementation & Rollout experience with strong configuration and testing skills across HCM modules.
Deep understanding of operational payroll/HR processes and Irish legislative requirements.
Ability to work independently and guide others in complex scenarios.
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
Handle support tickets for SAP HCM modules: Payroll, PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), TM (Time Management), ESS/Client (Employee/Manager Self-Service).
Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
Deliver documentation, root-cause analysis, and resolution plans.
Support minor enhancements and change requests.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
SAP-Specific Ireland Payroll Features (localization):
Ireland-specific infotypes and enhancements for personnel data and payroll processing.
Provide functional and technical support for SAP HCM Ireland Payroll.
Compliance with Irish legal and business requirements.
Localized reports and payroll functions under the Payroll Ireland (PY-IE) module
Should have hands on experience on PCRs & Schema
HRSP Implementation
Strong work experience on P60, P35 & PRC1
