Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant with strong experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital transformation initiatives, helping clients or internal teams migrate to SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support SAP HCM module implementations and optimizations, including PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, and others.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Participate in S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementations involving HCM components.
• Customize, configure, and test SAP HCM modules according to best practices.
• Align HCM processes with SAP best practices as part of SAP Activate methodology.
• Provide support during blueprinting, realization, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
• Work closely with Basis, Security, and other functional teams for integrations.
• Train users and create system documentation and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM innovations and cloud offerings like SAP SuccessFactors.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in IT, HR, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of core SAP HCM modules.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or migration project using RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP methodology.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and cloud ERP adoption models.
• Understanding of SAP BTP, integrations, and extensibility options is a plus.
• Certification in SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
