Job Description

- Analyze and gather business requirements related to HR processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support core SAP HCM modules including:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll (support/config knowledge depending on country)
- Benefits and Personnel Development

- Handle end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
- Work closely with HR teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities within SAP.
- Support data uploads and migration activities using LSMW, BDC, or other tools.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with ABAP developers.
- Conduct testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT), training, and documentation.
- Ensure SAP HCM system configuration complies with statutory and compliance requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP HR processes.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and security teams to deliver integrated solutions.
