Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- New customer acquisition through assigned team for MORTGAGE products
- To resolve existing customers queries
- Collection follow-up in C-X, bucket & recoveries cases in MORTGAGE products
- Coordinate with TW dealer & build up rapport to generate leads
- Resolve dealers queries
- Follow up PDD updation
- To focus high profile customer cases
- To focus in increasing ATS
- Recruit and train the new joinees
- Provide support to his new joinees to achieve their target
- To focus on increasing NACH Conversion
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through high service quality
Preferred candidate profile :
Age: 25 to 35 Years
Salary : Up to 11 LPA (CTC)
Education: Graduate & Above
Cibil Score: 700+
Experience: Candidate should have minimum 4 years of team handling expenses in Lap/Mortgage Loan in Bhubaneswar Location.
