Role & responsibilities

Responsible for delivering the targets as per plan
Set up Home Loans / LAP sourcing thru Branches / Direct Sales Team
Build a strong Home Loans / LAP Direct Sales Team or thru connectors
Ensure Integration of the Home Loans/ LAP team with the existing Branch Banking Team and drive the team for more leads and references.
Managing the incremental monthly disbursements through various activities
Revenue generation thru Cross Sell opportunities
Ensure sales activities for increased lead flow and business volume.
Develop a process flow for smooth product delivery and resolve Credit queries on time
Ensure that proper mind share is created among the branch and other channels for home loans so as to ensure continuous lead flow
Ensure timely feedback on leads and referrals, also ensure that conversions of leads are as per the plan
Provide management with comprehensive information about sales, costs, risks and profitability
Ensure proper tracking of FOS and monitor productivity and efficiency
Motivate the Sales Team to perform
Compliance & customer service
Ensure Training on a ongoing basis to update product and program changes to Both Branch Banking and Home Loans / LAP Team
Manage FOS Attrition
Develop Builder Relationship and with various corporates for steady flow of leads
