Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Prime LAP products.
- Identify new business prospects and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive mortgage industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in sales management or a related field within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of home loans, housing finance, lap loans, loan against property (LAP), mortgages, NBFC regulations.
