About IIFL Finance: IIFL Finance is a leading financial services provider in India, known for its comprehensive range of solutions including loans, insurance, and investment products. We are expanding our footprint and are excited to offer opportunities in the LAP (Loan Against Property) segment in the LAP region.
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our LAP team at IIFL Finance. This role involves promoting our Loan Against Property products, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in the LAP region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial sales and a deep understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- DSA Network for Sales Maximization: Maximize sales through a network of DSA by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business
- Disbursement Target Management and Achievement: Drive Disbursement Target vs Achievement for LAP product - as per expected business growth plan.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as underwriting and customer service to ensure smooth customer service.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate trends, property values, and competitive offerings. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience & strong understanding handling LAP Product
- Problem Solving ability
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or any other field - Graduation is a must
