Sales Manager DSA

• 2-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC; exposure to Loans Against Property preferred.
• Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales; strong local market knowledge and established regional network.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and manage branch-level P&L.
• Strong business development, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• High motivation, self-starter attitude, and bias for action in a high-performance environment.
• Strong analytical skills to track performance and drive profitability.
• Working knowledge of Excel and sales MIS tools

• Minimum: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field
