Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for home loans, housing finance, and LAP (Loan Against Property).
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channels.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their housing requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 4-14 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in home finance or loan against property.
- Strong knowledge of housing loan products such as HL (Housing Loan), HF (Home Finance), LAP loans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
