• Achieve assigned sales targets for home loans and LAP products
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through connectors, and direct sourcing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings to generate leads
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with credit and operations team for faster processing

Key Requirements:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Sales (Home Loans)
• Strong network in local market
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• Graduate
