Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales.

• Conduct site visits with prospective clients, address queries related to property features, pricing, and legal documentation.
• Handle client dealings from initial inquiry to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Drive deal closures through follow-ups, negotiations, and persuasive communication.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies and converting inquiries into bookings.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new projects.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
• A graduate degree is required; an MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
• Possess strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Have a sound understanding of real estate laws, documentation, and processes.
• Be target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technology usage.
• Willingness to travel for site visits as needed.
