Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our health and wellness products. The candidate will be responsible for product demonstrations, customer acquisition, lead conversion, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain the features and health benefits of water ionizer products.
- Convert product demonstrations into successful sales through effective communication and relationship building.
- Generate leads through company-provided leads, social media campaigns, and self-generated prospects.
- Follow up with potential customers and schedule product demonstrations/meetings.
- Identify and approach new customers including households, businesses, clinics, gyms, and wellness centers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Experience in direct sales, customer interaction, and lead conversion.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to generate business through multiple channels.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
- Willingness to travel within Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
- Own vehicle preferred (Car).
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
