Sales Manager - DST - MPCG

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of frontline Sales Executives and Relationship Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
• Channel Management: Build and nurture networks with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), real estate developers, and local builders to generate a consistent pipeline of leads.
• Loan Origination Processing: Guide customers through the entire home buying cycle, from financial profiling and document collection to credit appraisal and loan disbursal.
• Cross-Selling: Drive the sales of complementary financial products like Loan Against Property (LAP), Credit Cards, Vehicle Loans, or insurance.
• Compliance Risk: Ensure all sales operations and document verifications strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal banking compliance
