Roles and Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.

Experience handling air freight, sea freight, and transportation operations.

Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP software.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Global Supply Chain solutions.
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  
• Analyze market data to identify growth areas and optimize sales processes.
