Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and related mortgage products.
• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, direct sales activities, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, brokers, and other referral sources.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home loan products.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application process, including documentation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Conduct market surveys to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
