Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow business in the Mumbai region.
• Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and project customers.
• Generate new business through builders, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Lead, guide, and support the sales team.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely payment collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and submit sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate (MBA/Civil preferred).
• 24 years of sales experience in Construction Chemicals, Paints, Building Materials, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
