Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field activities and references.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain Muthoot Finance products and services.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with branch teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Participate in training and skill development sessions.

Eligibility

• Fresh Graduates (2024, 2025 & 2026 Batches)
• Students who have completed their 5th Semester
• B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA, BE/B.Tech, MBA and other graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in field sales.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
