Role & responsibilities
> Monitoring the Branch business. Identifying the weak branches on monthly basis and turning them to productive branches by visiting the branches and training and motivating the staff on regular basis.
>Upgrading the sales skills of branch staff in respect of gold coin by organizing at least Two cluster meeting of 5 to 7 Branches on monthly basis in some branch with minimum travel time to the staff.
>Overall sensitization of the branch staff so as to ensure alignment with the regional goal.
>Reconciliation of gold coin stocks of each branch on fortnightly basis.
Preferred candidate profile
> Male candidates required
>Should have good communication skill
>Comfortable for travelling
> Required sales experience
