Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for home loan products in the CASA segment.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities and upselling/cross-selling insurance products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to home loans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of casa (current account savings account) products and services offered by banks.
- Familiarity with home loans, including mortgage concepts, interest rates, and repayment terms.
