Sales and Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for life insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention and acquisition through cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify new business prospects and develop plans to penetrate new markets or segments.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field within the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of casa, insurance, mutual funds products and their applications.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
