Relationship Associate - Bancassurance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience driving business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating with Axis Bank sellers.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank customers to increase sales and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by Axis Max Life Insurance Limited.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to sales management.
