Relationship Associate - Bancassurance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience driving business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating with Axis Bank sellers.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank customers to increase sales and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its products.
