Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join our team in the Pharma and Biological Products division, focusing on biological product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development, with expertise in pharmaceuticals and biological products.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement new methods and techniques for researching and developing biological products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and studies.
- Analyze data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and develop new products and processes using biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on industry developments.
- Participate in regulatory affairs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in a life science discipline, such as biology, biochemistry, or pharmacy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the pharma and biological products industry.
- Strong knowledge of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and biological products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines governing the development of biological products.
