Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Research Associate to join our team in the Pharma and Biological Products division, focusing on technology transfer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development, with expertise in pharmaceutical products.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement new technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and studies.
- Analyze data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and develop new methods and procedures for technology transfer.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with industry developments.
- Participate in developing and implementing new products and processes.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the pharma industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and technology transfer.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
