Relationship Associate - Bancassurance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience driving business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating with Axis Bank sellers.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank customers to increase sales and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in insurance or banking.
• Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its products.
