Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the engineering and maintenance department
Ensure all hotel systems operate efficiently (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, kitchen equipment, etc.)
Maintain building structure, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
Conduct regular property inspections
Preventive Corrective Maintenance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
Ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Plan and supervise major repairs and renovations
