Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high guest satisfaction and smooth service flow.

Manage reservations, table allocation, guest seating and waitlist during peak hours.

Conduct daily briefings, ensure SOP compliance, grooming and service sequence adherence.

Coordinate with kitchen for food quality, presentation, order timing and special requests.

Drive outlet revenue through upselling, suggestive selling and promotions.

Monitor covers, average check, guest feedback and complaint closure.

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and ambience standards in FOH areas.

Train, coach and evaluate service staff; ensure discipline and team motivation.

Handle VIP guests, special occasions and service recovery for complaints.

Maintain outlet reports: sales, feedback, manpower roster, breakage and incident logs.
