Job Title: Bulk Recruiter South India (WFH)
Company: Awign Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Remote (Work From Home) – South India
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring across South India.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring.
- Good communication and sourcing skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
Preferred Hiring: Candidates from South India with experience in sales, retail, BPO, field, or volume recruitment.Role & responsibilities
