Role & responsibilities

• Bulk hiring: Drive large-scale recruitment campaigns specifically for Healthcare BPO operations.
• End-to-end recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in Healthcare BPO bulk hiring from any healthcare BPO or recruitment firm
• Strong understanding of talent markets in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
