Recruiter

We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment from a consulting firm background or be an MBA fresher.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably from a consulting firm background.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
