About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in Bulk Hiring and Retail Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and retail hiring requirements.
• • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Meet recruitment targets and adhere to defined hiring SLAs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bulk hiring and retail recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
