Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various roles within the KPO industry through bulk hiring, campus hiring, lateral hiring, mass hiring, non-IT recruitment, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with  requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in  recruitment.
• Strong understanding of  hiring processes including bulk hiring, campus hiring, lateral hiring, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
