Services required to perform below tasks:
- End-to-end recruitment activities across Technology, Sales, FSD and Legal hiring mandates
- Strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and partner with business to attract and hire top talent aligned with business objectives
- Use effective hiring strategies across multiple sourcing channels like job portals- Naukri, LinkedIn and market referencing
- Source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical functions
- Update recruitment & sourcing tracker and track hiring funnel to improve sourcing hit rate and hiring TATs.
