We are a leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging supplying to health care, pharma, food, cosmetics, electronics industry.
For our Plant at Daman we need Quality Officer.
He should be responsible to-
In process testing of products as per standard testing procedure.
Issue of QA related documents to all departments.
Collection of samples as per customer requirement and collection of control sample.
Sampling of finished products and its testing.
Approval of line clearance for new batch.
Training of new operators for cGMP and personal hygiene.
Monitoring of clean room.
Sample preparation of dose audit study.
Calibration of all testing equipments and weighing balance.
Supervision of product assembling procedure.
Filling and maintaining all BMRs.
Monitoring sampling of environmental monitoring test.
All the Label control Issue retrieval and return label disposed.
RM / PM / MB testing as per the standard requirements.
He should be working in Injection blow molding (IBM) which makes pharma packing material like Plastics container Eye drop/ Ear drop etc.
