Job Description
Looking for a skilled Store Manager to lead our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Coordinate with the sales team and send product samples to clients.
- Conduct daily meetings with the sales team to discuss products and new leads.
- Display products during sales presentations.
- Manage stock and inventory, updating software as necessary.
- Prepare exhibition displays, stalls, and packaging for all products.
- Check client sample packs before handover to the logistics team.
- Train the sales team on product and gifting options.
- Hold daily team meetings and verify product details for client delivery (expiration date, product label, bottle cap, and packing).
- Pack online orders according to sales orders and provide discount vouchers and thank-you cards with each order.
- Maintain records of free samples and gifts, keeping all documents readily available.
- Collaborate with departments and teams to achieve sales targets.
