Project Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at Everest Air Systems And Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project supervision and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Supervise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and implementation, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish success criteria.

• Proven experience in project supervision and management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
